岗位职责:
•组建并管理销售团队,致力于天赐广告传媒公司对大客户的广告销售服务
•识别目标客户,形成销售主导,完成销售并处理华东地区的全国性和区域性客户的关系
•为每个销售代表设立销售目标,每月完成销售指标
•在客户需求的基础上为制作,媒体和系统团队提供投入
•向管理团队汇报销售进展及寻求投入
任职要求:
•5年以上4A或者大型广告代理公司工作经验
•跟踪大客户广告销售记录
•管理销售团队的能力,包括招聘,销售流程的建立,业绩的管理及培训
•熟悉电视广告及媒体行业
•对华东地区的全国性和区域性的客户资源有深刻的了解
•较强的协商,协调及表达能力
•熟悉MS Word, excel和PowerPoint
•具有英语口语及写作能力者更佳
Responsibilities
•To build and manage a team of account executives focusing on sales of tianciTVC advertising service to large clients
•To identify target clients, generate sales leads, close sales and manage relationships for national and regional(Eastern China) clients
•To set up individual targets for account executives, sales managers, and meet monthly sales quotas
•To provide inputs for production, media, and system team on customer needs
•To report to management team on sales progress and solicit inputs
Requirements:
•Over 5 years of experience with 4A’s or large advertising agencies
•Track record of advertising sales for large clients
•Proven leadership capability to manage a sales team including recruiting, sales process setting up, performance management, and training
•Strong knowledge of TV advertising and media industry
•Deep understanding of national and regional clients in Eastern China
•Strong negotiation, coordination, and presentation skills
